Privacy Policy Revised 1 October 2026

Privacy Policy

What this site knows about you, why it knows it, who else sees it, and how to get it back or have it deleted.

The short version

This is a coaching platform, not an advertising business. Your details are collected to run the thing you bought: to confirm a session, to keep your progress, to take a payment, to answer your message. They are not sold, rented or traded, and there is no third-party advertising or tracking script anywhere on this site.

What is collected, and why

When you create an account: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, and your password. The password is stored only as a one-way hash — nobody, including the coach, can read it.

When you book a session: the time you chose, the product you booked, and your timezone, so the confirmation reads in your own clock rather than the coach's.

When you buy something: whichever of the two payment providers you picked, the amount, the currency, whether it settled, and the reference the provider issued. No card number, no bank details, no CVV — those are entered on the provider's page and stay there.

When you use the platform: which challenge days you completed, which lessons you finished, which sessions you attended, and any certificate issued, because that is what makes progress visible to you.

When you get in touch: the message you send through the contact form, the conversation thread inside your dashboard, and — if you offer it — a story for the success-stories page.

When you join the mailing list: the address you typed in the footer and the date you joined. Nothing else, and the form has one field for that reason.

What is not collected

No advertising identifiers, no cross-site tracking pixels, no data brokers and no behavioural profiles. There is no analytics vendor with a copy of your visit, and no session-recording script watching where the mouse goes.

If that ever changes, this page will say what was added, who receives it and on what basis, and the date at the top will move. A quiet change to a privacy policy is not something this platform does.

Cookies

Cookies are used to keep you signed in and to protect the forms on the site against cross-site request forgery. The session cookie is the one that matters: without it, a signed-in dashboard cannot tell you apart from the next visitor.

Videos on the success-stories page are hosted by YouTube and play inside the page. They are only contacted when you press play — until then, no YouTube cookie is set and nothing about you is sent to them. Once you press play, YouTube's own privacy policy applies to that player.

Payments hand off to Stripe or Razorpay, and both set their own cookies on their own pages to complete a payment. Those are theirs, and their policies are linked on the page where they run.

Who else sees any of it

The coach, always: this is a small business and there is no support team between you and the person who reads your message.

Service providers, only where a service you used needs them: the payment provider that processed your payment, the mail provider that delivered your confirmation, and the calendar provider that holds the coach's diary. Each of them receives the minimum that the job requires, and none of them receives your password or your card details.

Nobody else. Requests from anyone else — including from another student, a marketing agency, or a data broker — are refused.

How long it is kept

Account and progress data is kept while the account is open. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, which is longer than the account: the amount and the reference stay, and they are what an invoice is reconstructed from.

The mailing list keeps an address until it is removed, and keeps the date it unsubscribed — the record of somebody asking not to be contacted again is worth more than the tidiness of deleting it.

Your own rights over it

Write to the support address and you can have a copy of everything held about you, have anything wrong corrected, or have the account and its data deleted. There is no form to fill in and no fee; the request is answered by the coach, usually within a working day.

Deleting an account removes the profile, the bookings, the progress, the messages and any story attached to it. Two things survive it on purpose: payment records that tax rules require, and any success story whose publication you have not asked to withdraw.

You can also stop hearing from the platform without deleting anything: every email carries a way out, and the footer form accepts an address that is already on the list without treating it as an error.

Students under 18

An account is meant for somebody who can enter into an agreement for the coaching they are buying. If a student is under 18, the account should be created and held by a parent or guardian, who is welcome on the calls.

The rest of the paperwork

Read enough, and still have a question?

The contact page reaches the coach directly and is answered in the order it arrives. Nothing on this page is a reason not to ask.
