Self-paced courses
Courses are the deep end of this practice: the system itself, written out module by module, with nothing scheduled and nothing to be late for. Buy it once, work it whenever, keep it for good.
Four things are true of every course here, whatever it costs and whatever it covers. They are the terms of the shelf rather than features of one title.
Every course is built out of modules and lessons in the order they are meant to be worked through, so you never have to decide what to open next.
Nothing on this shelf happens at a set time. There is no room to be late for and no session to reschedule — the material waits for the week you actually have.
Checkout opens your student portal and puts the course in it straight away, so the first lesson is one click from the receipt.
A course is a living document here. When a lesson is rewritten or a module is added, it appears in your portal — you are never sold the same course twice.
Each card is the catalogue's own record of the course — the module count, the lesson count and the price are read straight from it, so nothing here can be out of date by a week.

The most common way a course goes unfinished is that buying it and starting it are two separate decisions, weeks apart. Here they are the same one.
A course is not a subscription. What is printed on its card is what it costs, once, for as long as the platform is running.
Read what is in it — the modules, the lessons, what it costs — and press Get access. Nothing is charged to a card on this page; the coach confirms the place personally.
Three details and you are in. If you have never had an account, one is created for you on the spot and the course is put inside it, so there is no separate sign-up form waiting behind the decision you just made.
Open a module, finish a lesson, mark it done. Your progress is kept against your account, so a course picked up three weeks later starts exactly where you left it.
There is no expiry date and no window to race. The course stays in your portal, and everything added to it later arrives without you asking.
Self-paced, not alone
Most students take a course and one private hour together, and they are not the same product twice: the course carries the system, and the call is where it gets pointed at your actual week. It is not bundled into any course and it is not required by one — it is simply there when you want it.
Courses, answered
The six questions that decide this shelf for most people — how long access lasts, how much a week it really asks for, and what happens if you need help in the middle of it.
Still deciding? Ask the coach a question — no program, no appointment, no obligation.
For good. A course you own stays in your student portal, and every update to it is included — there is no renewal, no expiry date and no second purchase when the material grows.
No. Courses are self-paced: you open a lesson when it suits you, and nothing expires if a week goes badly. The only things on this platform that happen at a fixed time are the private sessions and the live masterclasses, and neither is required to finish a course.
The modules are built to be worked through in sittings, not semesters. Most students move a module at a time. What matters is finishing one lesson rather than reading five, which is why the lessons are short and the order is already decided for you.
Your portal opens with the course already in it, and the coach confirms the place personally. If the account is new, an email arrives with a link to set your own password. There is nothing else to wait for.
That is what the private call is for. An hour with the coach is enough to find the lesson that is actually blocking you — and you will leave with one decision written down whether or not you book anything after it.
If you can hold a habit for a few weeks and want the whole system at once, take the course. If the problem is that you start things and stop, take a challenge first: it hands you one task a day and keeps the next one locked until today is finished, which is the structure this shelf assumes you already have.
One private hour will tell you plainly whether a course is worth your money and which one — even if the honest answer is that you should start with a challenge instead, or with nothing here at all.
