The Collection
Every program here exists to make one decision easier.
Work through a challenge one day at a time, take the whole playbook and move at your own pace, or book the private hour that resolves what is stuck. Same standard, three ways in — and the rest of this page is here to help you pick one rather than read three.

Three situations, three doors
Find the sentence that sounds like your week. The right door is usually the one you were least looking forward to.
- You know what to do and keep not doing it.
-
Take a challenge
The problem is not the plan — it is turning up. A drip makes showing up non-negotiable and visible.
- You want the whole method, not one piece of it.
-
Take a course
You will hold the habit on your own; what is missing is the structure underneath everything you already do.
- You cannot tell which decision is the one holding the rest up.
-
Book the private hour
Nothing to work through yet — the work is finding out what the work is. You leave with one decision in writing.
Programs, answered
Before you pick a door
Six questions that come up on every call: where to start, whether to buy two things, and what happens when life interrupts.
Still deciding? Ask the coach a question — no program, no appointment, no obligation.
Where do I start?
With the smallest thing that fits your actual problem. If you have never finished a plan, start with a challenge: it is shorter, it hands you the next step, and finishing one will tell you more about whether a course is worth your money than reading its description twice. If the missing piece is the system itself, start with a course. If you cannot name the problem yet, start with an hour.
Can I buy a course and a challenge together?
Yes, and plenty of students do. They are separate purchases that land in the same student portal, so there is one place to work from rather than two accounts and two sets of reminders.
How do I know a program is right for me?
The honest answer is that one private hour will tell you — and the coach will say so plainly if nothing on this page is a fit yet. That call is the only thing sold here that is not a program, and it is deliberately cheap relative to being wrong about a course.
What happens to my access if I stop for a while?
Nothing. Courses are yours for good, and a challenge keeps your place: the day you owe stays the day you owe until you clear it. Stepping away pauses you; it never takes anything away.
Do these programs need to be done in order?
No. Each one stands on its own, and once it is in your portal it stays there, so the order you take them in is a question about your year rather than a prerequisite list.
Is anything here live?
Two things: the private sessions and the masterclasses. Both are booked from a calendar and confirmed by the coach personally. Courses and challenges are the opposite — they wait for the hour you have, and nothing expires if that hour is at midnight.
Still not sure which one is yours?
Then the answer is the call. Your coach will tell you plainly whether a program is worth your money and which one — even if the honest answer is none of them yet.
