This site is run by the coach whose name and contact details appear at the bottom of every page, operating as a sole proprietorship from the registered address published there. "We", "us" and "the coach" all mean the same person, and there is no company behind this that you have never heard of.

Every question about these terms, an order, or a booking can be sent to the support email address published in the footer, and it will be answered by the coach rather than by a queue.

A student account is free and is what holds your bookings, your program progress and your certificates. One account per person: an account is how the platform knows who attended a session or finished a challenge, and a shared one makes that a guess.

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. If you think somebody else has it, change it from Password & security in your dashboard — that is also what signs out any other session using the account.

An account can be closed at any time by writing to the support address. Work you have paid for is yours to download first; certificates already issued stay verifiable.

A booked session is a slot on the coach's calendar that nobody else can book while you hold it. The confirmation, the time in your own timezone, and any meeting link all appear in your dashboard, and a reminder goes out before the call.

A session can be moved from your dashboard up to twenty-four hours before it starts. Inside twenty-four hours the slot has effectively been kept for you, so a move is at the coach's discretion rather than a right — a missed session without notice is treated as delivered.

Sessions are coaching, not therapy, and not legal, medical or financial advice. Coaching works on decisions, habits and structure; where a matter needs a professional in another field, the coach will say so.

Courses are self-paced and stay open to you for as long as your account does. A challenge unlocks one day at a time from the day you start it, because the point of a drip is that it cannot be binged in an afternoon.

What you buy is a personal licence to the material: read it, work through it, keep your own notes, and use it in your own life and work. It is not a licence to redistribute it — re-selling it, publishing it, or sharing access with people who have not paid for it is what ends an account.

Progress, streaks and certificates are recorded against your account as you complete the work. A certificate names you and the program it belongs to, and it is downloadable as a PDF from the challenge you finished.

Prices are shown in the currency advertised on the page you are buying from, and the amount is fixed at the moment a payment link is raised for you. Where a payment is made in a currency other than the one you were shown, the difference is your bank's, not a second charge from us.

Payments are processed by Stripe or Razorpay depending on the option you choose at checkout. Card and bank details are entered on the provider's own secure page and are never seen, transmitted or stored by this site — what is kept here is the reference the provider returns, the amount, and whether it settled.

Everything you have paid for is listed in your dashboard under payments, with the reference each provider issued. That list is the record to send to your accountant, and it is available for the life of the account.

Everything written on this site — the articles, the program material, the design — belongs to the coach unless a page says otherwise. You are welcome to quote or link to it with attribution; republishing it in full is not.

If you send a success story, you keep the copyright in it and you give permission for it to be published on this site with the name and role you supplied. Nothing is published until it has been read, names are shortened on request, and a story can be withdrawn at any time by asking.

Do not attempt to reach accounts, data or administrative screens that are not yours, do not scrape the site or resell its content, and do not use the messaging, booking or story forms to send anything unlawful or abusive. Accounts used that way are suspended, and paid access that is suspended for it is not refunded.

Teaching the material inside your own organisation is welcome. Teaching it as your own product is not, and is the one breach that ends an account without a refund.

The site is maintained and kept available, and it is occasionally taken down briefly for updates. Sessions already booked are honoured during any outage: a call happens on the scheduled meeting link even when the dashboard is unreachable.

Coaching is an honest service and not a promise of a particular outcome. Results depend on the work you do between sessions, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something other than coaching. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Mohali, Punjab. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of them stay in force.

If these terms change, the date at the top of the page moves with them. Buying something after that date means the version you read is the version that applies.
